The Principal Broker and founder of AMDirect, Aziz Mohamed, has 30 years Canadian experience in the fields of accounting, capital markets, real estate appraisals, real estate financing, and real estate marketing.

Aziz is a believer in life-long learning. He received his Bachelor Degree from Western University, London, ON, Canada, while working full time and raising a young family. He also holds Post Diploma in Financial Services Underwriting from Seneca College, Toronto, Canada. In 2013  Aziz received the prestigious designation of CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member, from CCIM Institute, Chicago, IL, USA.

Other relevant training completed by Aziz include Canadian Securities Course, Stock Trading Course, Derivatives Trading Course, from Canadian Securities Institute, Toronto, Canada. He gained hands-on experience in trading stocks, fixed income, and derivatives when he worked on the trading floor of one the major banks in Toronto for several years.

His love of life-long learning took him to a journey to explore the exciting and dynamic profession of real estate appraisals. Aziz has completed hundreds of real estate appraisal reports for major banks, trust companies, credit unions, MICs, and private lenders for a period of seven years. His exposure to various training and real life experience in accounting, capital markets, real estate appraisals, real estate financing, and real estate marketing, enabled him to gain valuable insights into the interconnectedness of all these industries. Aziz has accumulated a wealth of experience over the years. He has acquired the necessary skills to accommodate the different needs by understanding the perspective of all stakeholders in the real estate industry. Some of these stake holders include: levels of government, regulatory bodies, lenders/investors, borrowers, builders, buyers, sellers, and insurers. Aziz has a passion for helping. He has assisted thousands of hard working families achieve the Canadian dream of home ownership. Many of these families became very successful real estate investors.
